Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya - Hacienda All Inclusive

This resort was simply amazing. The staff is the best and they really take care of you wherever you go from the pools to the shows to the bell boys . There are several different restaurants available to busy with a reservation… hibachi & also a steak house. There are also buffets available with no reservations and have many variety & dessert bar. They also have a cafe with coffee and latte and an ice cream bar with many different selections. There is a dinner show every night with a reservation as well. There is 24 hour room service which is amazing for late nights. There was a club vibe spot with pools inside… pool tables … and bars for days. You can book excursions with the vacation planner. There is also a water park for children and a skate park. This resort was huge & worth the money. Again the staff was great and they made the trip for me. Thanks Hard Rock!

We love the Woodward skate park beside the hotel! The waterpark is very fun too. Everything is very clean. The house keeping does a great job, everyone is very hospitable. The buffet and juices and food selection is great. The music is great. The coffee shop , everyone is awesome.

Everything was nice and clean. Also, the kids water park was super fun my kid enjoyed it. We got a day pass to visit Hard Rock Cancun which was really fun, you just have to ask the front desk for a day pass in advance. You do have to pay for your own transportation to visit the Cancun Hard Rock location. The only thing I would have love to have is the pools heated. Lastly, we never ate breakfast at the restaurants we always had our food delivered to our room which was pretty nice.

The food was good, but I wish they didn’t add sugar in the morning juices ( packed orange juice with sugar). We had a good room with a beautiful terrace, that we absolutely loved.
